Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Shelley Graves and I began my Real Estate career in 1993. I didn't grow up thinking, "I want to be a Mortgage Broker", who does? I graduated from SDSU and stumbled into my first job in Real Estate, FHA and VA streamline refinances. If you have ever done a government streamline, you know the qualification process is anything but streamlined. Painful as it was, I loved it and I became a Mortgage Broker!
What makes me different from other brokers is I enjoy educating my clients about mortgages.I treat my clients honestly and fairly.My goal is to have them walk away with not only more knowlege about their new loan, but the entire process as well. In the end my clients know they got the absolute best loan for their situation. I came across this quote from Margaret Mead years ago and I have never forgotten it.
